Mindful coaching is where coaching and mindfulness meet. The coach and the client work together in a mindful manner, learning to shift from "doing mode" into being- Mode. In mindfulness we learn that it's not just about what you're doing but also why; understanding this concept allows us better insight on how best to approach our lives with purposeful intentionality!

Mindfulness coaching is a powerful tool for navigating life's complexities. It helps people become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and impulses as well an orientation toward the present moment which leads them down the path to creating effective strategies for living authentically in this world!

Mindfulness meditation and coaching are both modes of being. Mode means the way you're currently operating, whether that's being mindful or solution-focused with your time (and energy). Meditating helps us to stay present in our day-to-mind while also training ourselves on how best to move forward when things get tough; it can be considered more like "being" rather than just doing something because we have some sort of external force telling us to. The combination enhances both forms according to one study found through many research projects where they discovered clients who enrolled in a mindfulness coaching program & stuck with it had improved health & weight loss outcomes compared to those without such mindfulness coaching intervention.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool that helps us be in the moment, focus on what’s happening now and not before or after. Research & studies show it takes 8 weeks to literally rewire our brains for better attention skills which can improve all aspects of life!

Practice mindfulness (including meditation) Mindful meditation has been shown in studies to improve moods by reducing anxiety levels while increasing happiness through reduced reactivity of negativity bias - all without any measurable side effects!

Alley breeze wellness takes a systemic approach to mindfulness coaching, “being mindful” of the wider systems in which we and our clients operate.

  1. Mindset Coaching ‘keeping an open mind” -While it is not easy to be open-minded and judgment free, we approach coaching with these qualities in order for our client's success.
  2. Mindfully Prepare- for each coaching session – this can take as little as a few minutes. Try to walk mindfully to your coaching session or sit in the park or another quiet place and pay attention to & focus on your breathing.
  3. Sharing mindfulness practices- We know that if you're struggling with anxiety or stress, it can be really hard to find the time for yourself. That's why we offer coaching sessions and "homework" assignments where necessary, so your mind is fully engaged in what matters most: YOU! If mindfulness & meditation sounds too daunting, try centering practices like breathing training instead - this will help make sure there are no gaps between thoughts when dealing with emotions & thoughts intelligently; being resilient during difficult times & managing stress properly!

Mindfulness is a practice that can be beneficial for both our mental and physical health. When we are mindful, we are present in the moment and aware of our thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment.
